PERSONALITY: Evelyn is the type of girl who enjoys cracking jokes during serious situations. She's very social and always seems to have something to say, even if whatever she says makes absolutely no sense at all. No matter what she's doing, she always tries to make the best of it and she hates wasting days. She's a bit of an energizer bunny sometimes.
Along with her crazy personality, Evelyn is also a very stubborn girl. She doesn't like it when things don't go her way, no matter what the situation may be. If she isn't in control of a situation, she doesn't feel very stable and that's not okay. Since she is so tiny she doesn't like people thinking that they can walk all over her.
Despite how outgoing and confident she may seem, Evelyn has a bad case of anxiety. It mostly only shows it's face when the weather outside is frightful, but it has been known to happen at other times. She has the panic attacks under control mostly, but they're something that she is very insecure about. Going crazy in front of other people is all kinds of embarrassing.
Evelyn is definitely the type of girl who forgets more than she forgives. She doesn't enjoy losing friends so she just tries to let things go. Staying positive is key. She likes to believe that people should always be forgiven for the things that they do because most things are just accidents. Definitely a bit naive.

HISTORY: Evelyn is the middle child in her family but unlike most, she doesn't get the cliche middle child treatment. When their first child was born, her parents decided that every one of their children would be treated the same, no matter what. They kept to that promise and all three children loved it. It helped them all get along and all three are very close.
When she was seven years old, Evelyn's father got the opportunity to manage a car dealership in Mississippi. It was a great opportunity so the family packed up and moved to a small town just outside the city her father worked in. All three children weren't very happy with the move but they were forced to go. For Evelyn, though, it worked out quite nicely. She came out of her shell in Hayfield and has been much happier since then. The family has gotten along pretty well financially, too.
A few weeks after they moved, Evelyn experienced her first horrible storm. The wind was crazy, trees were being knocked down left and right, and all around was pitch black. There was no way to find her parents or even her siblings for some comfort and she was freaking out. So she went into the first room she could find, the bathroom. Once inside, she could still hear the crazy storm and many horrible thought entered her mind. What if she was hurt? What if her parents were hurt? Or her siblings or anybody else she cared about. She threw herself into a panic attack that resulted in a broken arm. Ever since that moment, she avoids bad weather at all costs.
Now at sixteen, Evelyn has had a pretty good life. She has really nothing to complain about, besides the anxiety disorder. This year she's a junior in high school and she wants to change her ways. Unlike most kids her age, Evelyn is really innocent. She has never partied, has never consumed alcohol, and most importantly, she has never been kissed. Those are all things that she's trying to change this coming year. Only time will tell if she's able to go through with it.
RP SAMPLE: There was nothing Ava hated more than waking up early for school. It made no sense to her that high school started earlier than elementary school or even middle school. Little kids usually woke up really early, the older a person usually means that they sleep in later. Maybe she should protest, get a bunch of people to sign a petition. That would mean getting out of school later, though. It was just a lose-lose situation.
Ava hated that school started so early even more when she woke up late. Today was one of those days. Hitting the snooze button just sounded so much better than getting out of bed to curl her hair and pick out an awesome outfit. Since she was attempting to make a new image of herself, she had been dressing up a bit more for school. It was annoying, but it did seem to be paying off a little bit. Today though, she was back to the way she looked last year. Her hair was thrown up in a ponytail, curls from the day before kept falling out and she was constantly having to sweep them back away from her face. The outfit she threw on was pretty simple, too. Just a pair of skinny jeans and an old band tee shirt. Surprisingly, she didn't care too much about the way she looked. She was too tired to care.
Wait. Scratch that. As Ava took in her surroundings, she realized that she should be caring about the way she looked. Unless her eyes were playing tricks on her, Hunter Bing was at school. The same Hunter Bing who was a total 'ladies man' and who Ava had turned down just before he moved away. She had liked him a lot, despite his bad reputation. And she could flirt with him as if she got paid for it. But when boys tried to get serious, she got really shy and scared. When he moved away, Ava thought she would never have to worry about her little crush on him again. But he was here now, he looked just as good as ever, and she looked like crap. Awesome. She loved her life.
To make matters worse, the only way to get to her locker was to pass him. If there was one thing she really cared about, it was her grades. Without going to her locker she wouldn't have her book for her first class. Without her book for her first class, she would get marked down some points in the class. She was passing Hunter in five... four... three... two... and one. Just as she passed, she pulled her folder up to block her face. Because for some reason, she thought that a folder in front of her face would be less obvious. Oh man. Why did she have to hit the snooze button?
